Had to ban my first customer today.

THEN HE CAME BACK!!!!

I called the police on him, because he was death staring Adam as he was visiting me and buying something to drink.  Then this dude stayed in the parking lot and just stared inside the store.  He’d ride his bike around the lot and pick a new position every couple of minutes.  Then he hide at the side of the store, not knowing I can watch him on my cameras, waiting for Adam to leave.  This guy has been an issue for me in the past.  He constantly hangs out here, not buying anything, and talks about shit I don’t care about.  He tells me he loves me and all this shit.  I thought a few weeks ago when I told him about my boyfriend that the behavior would stop, because he’d rant on and on about it and I didn’t want that attention from him.  No, it only lead him to bad mouth Adam, whom he’d never met before.  Then he started to invite me out to places and wouldn’t take no for an answer, but I would never go.

Er, can I buy a paragraph, please?

Anyway, so this type of stalking the clerk and now store behavior doesn’t rest well with me at this time of night.  When he wouldn’t leave for about 15 or more minutes, Adam staying in the store with me, I called the police.

They came quickly and talked to him.  They told him that he can’t come here again.  They then spoke to me after he left and said that he’s a creepy dude, but harmless (guess he’s well known in the police community here), but he shouldn’t be acting like that and if he comes around again to call them again.  I didn’t want to press charges or make a report, because I’m a nice person and I don’t want to fuck someone’s life up with a charge if they don’t deserve it.

Well, two hours later he came by with an apology note then started to talk shit about Adam, saying that Adam almost ran him over twice with his pick up and that Adam was on his shit list because he looked suspicious and didn’t need to be hanging out at my store.  I told him he’s my boyfriend and basically I get to say who can and can’t stay here and called bullshit on the trying to run him over with the truck story, because the shit isn’t true.  The creeper then said that he was so mad that he almost threw himself out in traffic in front of a car.  I’m like, that a jerk!  I was trying to get him out of the store, because he isn’t allowed here anymore.  No amount of me telling him this seemed to register with him and he told me that when the police ordered him to not come around again that he told them he may or may not be able to comply with it.

So, anyway, I’m pissed the fuck off at this dude.  If IO see him again, I’m calling the police.  He had a chance that he, frankly, didn’t deserve, I believe, but I’m not playing nice anymore now.

Oh, and by the way, never stalk a night clerk or her store.  We have friends in the police department and we’re not afraid to call them.
